implementation on two separate chassis of the YBA 1 preamplifier circuit in order to obtain complete separation of left and right channels
floating ground power supplies without any current flowing in the grounds
highly reinforced power supplies through the use of transformers of the type traditionally used in power amplifiers
highly stabilized and filtered power supplies by means of a large number of capacitors, which permits a disconnected equipment to continue functioning for several minutes
damping circuit modules with synthetic diamond particles of sizes selected for their effects on frequencies
custom-constructed low noise transistors damped with a special material producing, in listening, the best signal to noise ratio yet achieved
the potentiometers are abandoned : volume control is performed by switching of YBA resistors via special relays, selected for audio - this represents a unique innovation.
The remote control allows operation of source, phase and mute. This remote control does not interfere with the audio signal since it has a separate power supply.
It should be noted that this remote control does not eliminate the possibility of manual adjustment.The YBA Signature 6 Chassis preamplifier (photo above) has totally separate LINE and RIAA power supplies. This is implemented with :
four 160 VA transformers and sixty-four 4,700 µF capacitors for the LINE stage, and two 160 VA transformers and sixteen 4,700 µF capacitors for the RIAA stage


The YBA Signature 6 Chassis preamplifier attains the height of musical transparency.
It is now recognized as the reference for preamplification.
